Who we are
Ash Auto Services & Tyres is the controller of the personal data you send us through this website. You can contact us at 6 High St, Leamington Spa, CV31 3DN, on 07810 878072 or by email at Arishrazayee@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you give it;
- your vehicle registration and tyre size, if you give them;
- the service you’re interested in, your message and how you’d like us to contact you.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run analytics that identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form) and, where you ask us for a quote or to book work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We will not use your details for marketing, and we will not sell them.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run this website:
- Web3Forms — delivers the enquiry form to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — our email provider, where enquiries are received.
- Our website host — serves the website and may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
- Google Maps — only if you click “Show map”, in which case Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records of the work for as long as we need to for legal and accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just contact us using the details above.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
